ISM for Yachts     In this day and age of increasing regulation, let the professionals at ISM for Yachts manage all the regulatory aspects of your yacht ownership. We will take the onerous duties of DPA and CSO off your shoulders. This, along with our constant review off Flag and Class requirements will ensure smooth sailing.

    ISM for Yachts will also ensure your compliance with the Bunker Convention and LRIT. Should you be travelling to the United States we can manage your federal Non Tank Vessel response plan. This is required on all vessels over 400 GRT, along with your California NTVRP, which is required on all vessels over 300 GRT. Alaska also requires a plan. If you are travelling to Canada we can also arrange for Canadian coverage.

    We are also monitoring the implementation of the Maritime Labor convention and are able to offer insights into what may be required. Do not be too alarmed with this code yet as the various flag states have not yet issued any guidelines for Yachts. Although the Convention clearly states, "all vessels over 500 tons" will have to comply.
